Why we exist

An application is never just paperwork.

Every year, thousands of applications reach an immigration officer’s desk. Most are complete. Far fewer are convincing. The gap between the two is rarely more documents — it’s judgment: knowing which route truly fits, which page answers the question actually being asked, and how to present a life so that it reads as true, because it is.

CHK Immigration Services was built on a single conviction — that an immigration file is one of the most consequential documents a person will ever sign. It is the hinge between the life you have and the one you’re reaching for. A visa refused is a wedding postponed, an offer withdrawn, a school year lost, a family kept an ocean apart. Work that carries that much weight deserves to be prepared like it does.

So we don’t process applications. We build cases.

That begins with the truth — an honest read of where you stand, before a single dollar changes hands. It means choosing the route that fits your facts, not the one that’s easiest to sell. It means files assembled with a craftsman’s patience: consistent, complete, and quiet in all the right places, so an officer’s first instinct is to trust them. And it means telling you what you need to hear early, even when it isn’t what you hoped — because in this work, false hope is the most expensive thing we could ever hand you.

From our offices in Brampton and London, we do this for students and skilled workers, spouses and parents, business owners and people starting over after a refusal — here in Ontario, across Canada, and around the world. Different stories, one standard: a case built to be believed.

How we work

How a case gets built.

From a straightforward visitor visa to a hard-fought refusal, the same four moves shape every file.

01

We start with the truth

An honest assessment first — the strongest route, the real timeline, and the risks named out loud, before you commit a dollar.

02

We choose the right door

There’s usually more than one way in, and they’re not equal. We match your history and goals to the pathway with your best odds.

03

We build, we don’t batch

Forms that agree, evidence that closes every gap, and explanations that answer an officer’s questions before they’re asked.

04

We keep you in the loop

No jargon, no silence. You’ll always know where your case stands and what comes next — the calm version of a stressful process.

What sets us apart

Regulated. Honest. Precise.

Three things we won’t compromise on — whatever the case, whoever the client.

Regulated & accountable

We’re a licensed RCIC practice, working within the framework of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Real oversight, real standards — and real recourse.

Honesty over optimism

We’d rather lose your business than win it on a promise we can’t keep. You’ll always get the realistic picture — even when it’s the harder one to hear.

Precision as a habit

Officers read for inconsistencies. We remove them — line by line, page by page — long before your file ever reaches one.

People, not case numbers

Behind every application is a family, a career, a plan years in the making. We treat your matter with the care and patience it deserves.

What we help with

Support across every major pathway.

From first applications to renewals, status-sensitive filings, and complex matters that need careful planning.

Regulation & trust

Represented by a licensed RCIC.

A regulated consultant means your representative is authorized, insured, and accountable to a national regulator.

Why it matters

  • Authorized representation

An RCIC can legally represent you before IRCC and speak to your file on your behalf.

  • Professional standards

Licensed consultants carry ongoing education, ethics, and insurance obligations.

  • Real accountability

Your representative answers to a national regulator — not only to themselves.

  • Clear scope, in writing

A written retainer sets out exactly what we’ll do before any work begins.

Who we help

Built for real situations.

Individuals & families

Students, workers, visitors, and families building a future here — or protecting the status they’ve already earned in Canada.

When the clock is running

Expiring permits, tight intakes, and status-sensitive filings where a week’s delay can cost the entire opportunity.

After a “no”

Refusals, thin documentation, or a strategy that never fit. We find what went wrong — and build the case that should have been filed the first time.

Good to know

Common questions.

What is an RCIC?
A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is a professional licensed and overseen by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), authorized to advise on and represent Canadian immigration applications before IRCC. You can confirm any consultant’s standing on the CICC public register.
Where are your offices?
We have two Ontario offices — Brampton (Suite 203, 6475 Mayfield Rd) and London (Suite 203, 555 Southdale Rd E) — and we also offer phone consultations for clients elsewhere in Canada and abroad.
Can you help from outside Ontario or from abroad?
Yes. Many matters are handled through guided document collection, secure communication, and remote review, so you don’t need to be local to work with us.
Do you take on refusal cases?
Yes. We review the refusal reasons against the actual file, identify what needs to change, and prepare a stronger, more disciplined re-filing — rather than simply resubmitting the same application.
How do I get started?
Book a consultation and share the basics — key dates, current status, any refusal letter, and your goal. We’ll assess your options and outline clear next steps. Nothing proceeds until scope is agreed in a written retainer.
