Identity

Wage, NOC and location must match the stream's requirements exactly.
Language test results
Streams set their own CLB minimums. On enhanced streams you must still meet the federal program minimum, so the provincial floor is not the real floor.
Educational Credential Assessment
Required by most streams for foreign education.
Work reference letters
Must evidence the experience the stream requires, not just employment.
Funds

Many streams want a tie — a job offer, past study, or family there — but requirements are set stream by stream, and several Express Entry-aligned streams recruit from the federal pool with no tie at all.
