We collect personal information only when you provide it voluntarily (e.g., contact form, consultation request, client onboarding).
We use it to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, and maintain client records.
We do not sell personal information. Limited sharing may occur with service providers required to operate our business (e.g., hosting, email, CRM).
Website and session information. When you send an enquiry we include a summary of your visit on this site: the pages you viewed, how long you spent on each, how far you read, anything you searched for or asked our assistant on this site, and the website that referred you. We use it only to route your enquiry to the right consultant and to answer you accurately.
This summary is held only in your own browser tab and is never sent anywhere until you choose to contact us. It uses no cookies, no advertising or third-party trackers, and is never used to follow you across other websites. We do not record anything you type into a form field, and we never record keystrokes or mouse movement. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no visit summary is recorded at all.
Access, correction and withdrawal. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us through our Contact page. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for your matter and for the record-keeping our regulator requires, and are then securely disposed of.
