Who we see at the Brampton office
The Mayfield Road office sits in north Brampton, close to the Caledon boundary, which makes it a practical meeting point for clients right across the Greater Toronto Area — Peel, Toronto, York, Halton and Durham.
Brampton has one of the largest newcomer populations in the country, and a lot of what we see here reflects that: families sponsoring a spouse or parents, workers moving from an LMIA-supported permit into permanent residence, international graduates timing a post-graduation work permit against an Express Entry profile, and people trying to fix a refusal that was never properly explained to them.
You do not need to live in Brampton to work with us. Immigration is federal, and Ontario nomination is provincial, so we act for clients anywhere in Canada and abroad. The office simply gives local clients somewhere to sit down with a real person.
We also act right across Northern Ontario, and not only remotely. Sudbury, Timmins, Sault Ste. Brampton office FAQ
What are your Brampton office hours, and are you open on Saturday?
The Brampton office is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, and Saturday 11am to 5pm. Saturday is by appointment only, so please book ahead rather than dropping in. We are closed on Sunday. Evening and weekend calls can usually be arranged if weekday hours do not work around your job.
Do I have to come to the Brampton office in person?
No. Almost everything can be done by phone, email and secure upload, and many of our clients never visit an office. The Brampton address is there for people who would rather sit across a desk, and for the occasional file where reviewing original documents together is genuinely easier.
Should I use an immigration consultant or an immigration lawyer?
Both are authorised to represent you before IRCC. A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is licensed and regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants specifically for immigration work. A lawyer is regulated by a provincial law society and can also act in court matters such as a judicial review at the Federal Court. If your matter needs a lawyer, we will say so rather than take the file.
How do I check that you are actually licensed?
Please do check. Every file here is handled by a consultant listed on the public register kept by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and we give you the registration details in writing before you pay anything. Anyone charging for immigration advice in Canada must be a licensed consultant, a lawyer, or a Quebec notary. If someone cannot be found on a public register, do not pay them.
Do you handle Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program applications?

What does a consultation cost?
Fees depend on the type of matter and how much work it involves, so we quote before you commit rather than after. You will be told the fee, what it covers and what it does not, and it goes into a written retainer agreement. We do not take payment for work we have not agreed in writing.
My application was refused. Is it worth doing anything now?
Often yes, but only once the actual reason is understood. A refusal letter is usually generic; the officer notes behind it are not. We look at the notes before advising whether to reapply, correct the record, or pursue a review. Reapplying without fixing the original problem tends to produce the same result. Can you help me if I do not live in Brampton?
Yes. Immigration to Canada is federal and provincial nomination is handled at the provincial level, so where your consultant sits does not restrict who we can act for. We work with clients across Ontario, elsewhere in Canada, and outside the country. We also have a London, Ontario office.
