Newfoundland and Labrador issues ITAs in batches from a single EOI pool and publishes each batch with an NLPNP / Atlantic Immigration Program split. 1,663 NLPNP invitations went out over 9 rounds in 2026, plus 326 AIP invitations that sit outside the PNP allocation. The July 28 batch was the largest of the year at 400 NLPNP plus 45 AIP.
