Licensed RCIC — guiding your move from Ontario
QC · Quebec

Quebec runs its own system.

Quebec is not part of the Provincial Nominee Program. Under the Canada–Quebec Accord, the province selects its own economic immigrants through the Arrima Expression-of-Interest portal and issues a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) before you apply to IRCC for permanent residence. French ability is central to most pathways.
